Refund Policy for Digital Products

How to Request a Refund
Simply contact us at support@mahjmastery.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will process your refund promptly, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exceptions
This guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:
  • Requests submitted after 30 days from the original purchase date.
  • Repeat refund requests: If you have previously received a refund on any Mahj Mastery order and subsequently repurchase the same or a different product, you are not eligible for an additional refund.
  • Violation of our Terms of Service: Refunds will not be issued if the digital files have been shared, redistributed, or used in violation of our intellectual property rights.
  • Active chargeback disputes: If a chargeback or payment dispute has already been initiated with your bank or card issuer for the same order, we are unable to process a simultaneous refund.
